Gems Jewellers opened in August 1993 in the Loreburne shopping Centre Dumfries. After six successful years Gems expanded and moved to a much bigger shop on the outside of the Shopping Centre on the High Street 100 yards down from Marks and Spencer. Owner David Gauld originally from the Glasgow area has a wealth of experience in the jewellery trade having worked for many of the larger multiples, McGowans, J. Weir & Sons, H. Samuels, Fred Hill and Symingtons. The four staff at Gems Jewellers in Dumfries have over 60 years jewellery experience and are more than willing to help you find that special jewellery gift or repair.
Gems Jewellers have lots to choose from for all occasions including birthdays, engagements, weddings, anniversays,retirements, leaving gifts, mothers day, fathers day, christmas or just a treat for yourself.
